We want you to love your Monos Australia pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
